• 9:30 a.m., Casual Ride (14-15 mph/hilly) 26.0 miles — Medusa #2, Helderberg Tour Tour #4 — A hilly ride through the beautiful rural Helderberg Mountains with great views of the Catskills. There is a total gain in feet (TGIF) of 2,046., so only the stronger riders should try this. Multiple paces are invited with the ride leader leading from the rear. No one will be left behind.
