• 10:00 a.m., Casual Ride (11-13 mph/flat) 19.0 miles — Albany to Cohoes Falls — We’ll leave from the Albany Boathouse, traverse the Hudson along the Mohawk Hudson Bike Path and continue with some urban riding through Watervliet and Cohoes. We’ll take a break at a beautiful little park that overlooks Cohoes Falls (they are spectacular in the spring). Then we’ll head back and have lunch at an Albany eatery.
