- 10:30 a.m., Casual Ride (13-14 mph/rolling) 20.0 miles — Wednesday Lunch Ride Series – Henry Hudson Park — An easy ride to a small park and boat launch along the Hudson. I usually stay until I see an AMTRAC train roar up or down the other side of the river, but that’s optional.
