| Description: | Distance: 30 : 20+ mph rolling Paul McDonnell pkmcdonnell@verizon.net Training ride starts together in one group for a warm-up lap, and then breaks into multiple groups based on pace. Goal is a full hour of high intensity riding. Cool down lap(s) to follow daylight permitting. Park closes at dusk (gate is locked), All welcome.
