The Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club consists of 800 (or so) members who mostly live in the Capital District area of eastern New York State. MHCC sponsors road and mountain bike rides for beginning through experienced riders within an approximate 80 mile radius of the Albany-Troy-Schenectady area.

Hi. I live in Averill Park and usually ride solo around the area. Just joined the club and I was wondering if anyone who may live out here is looking for a riding partner. I usually do 15-30 miles at 10-15 mph, a few times a week.

Lots of folks in your area. Our Tuesday rides are starting soon ... April 3. They go out of the Algonquin school for April. You can meet some of the local regulars there and hook up for daytime rides too.

While there are some faster riders there, the rides are designed as multi-pace and all sorts of riders come.
