The Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club consists of 800 (or so) members who mostly live in the Capital District area of eastern New York State. MHCC sponsors road and mountain bike rides for beginning through experienced riders within an approximate 80 mile radius of the Albany-Troy-Schenectady area.

East Greenbush Chiropractic Wellness Center is proud to introduce Sports Yoga with Tricia Kemmy. Tricia is a NESTA and ISSA certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for 6 years and teaching locally for over a year. As a sports fitness instructor, Tricia decided to pursue her certification in yoga in order to offer a sports yoga class for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.

Sports Yoga incorporates principles from all 7 branches of yoga including traditional breathing techniques and patterns, poses that improve balance while strengthening your muscles and increasing your core strength. The class is one hour in length and is set to classic easy listening music.

Classes are offered on Tuesday nights at 6pm and Wednesday afternoons at 1pm at East Greenbush Chiropractic Wellness Center, 569 Columbia Turnpike. For more information call 477-5000, or www,egchiro.com
