The Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club consists of 800 (or so) members who mostly live in the Capital District area of eastern New York State. MHCC sponsors road and mountain bike rides for beginning through experienced riders within an approximate 80 mile radius of the Albany-Troy-Schenectady area.

SKYHIGH Sprint and XTERRA Off-Road Triathlons are now scheduled for 2007

June 17th - SKYHIGH Sprint Off-Road Triathlon at Grafton

July 28th - SKYHIGH Kids' Triathlon - Grafton

July 29th - SKYHIGH Off-Road Triathlon - XTERRA Points Series Event

July 2nd - Aug 10th - S.H.A.P.E. Youth Multi-Sport Camp ages 8-15
