The Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club consists of 800 (or so) members who mostly live in the Capital District area of eastern New York State. MHCC sponsors road and mountain bike rides for beginning through experienced riders within an approximate 80 mile radius of the Albany-Troy-Schenectady area.

The Santa Cruz Heckler, and the new Cannondale Rush
seem to have the same type of rear frame, can someone tell me what the difference is between the two, other than the 4000 dollar difference.
anyway, I got to ride a Santa Cruz Heckler while I was out in WA recently, and I must say, it bombed down the singletrack like no other bike I have ridden. and I kind of like the idea of avoiding the chain slap by adjusting the shape of the frame. but climbing with the heckler was a little harsh as it was about 41 pounds with the setup it had.
luckily for me I can cheaply shed off pounds by losing weight instead of getting cheaper components.
unless I get a new bike though I guess I dont have to worry about it.
