Interested in a Weekday Morning Ride?

This club offers great evening rides, but what about us early birds? Looking to get some riders together to burn some AM calories in and around the Clifton Park area during the week. Anyone interested, please contact me at ajspin1@nycap.rr.com.

I am interested in morning rides in the Albany area...how about a nice 5:00 or 5:30 a.m ride for 20 or 30 miles? Anyone?

Hey Cavazos, (or anyone else interesed) -
i'm out nearly every morning.
Leave Altamont at 1st light (5:30 at the moment) - 25-30 miles at 18-20+ pace, return by 7am - later on weekends.
i also make sure to hit the Thatcher Park hill at least once a week.
this is great time to ride - limited traffic - cool temps - see some wildlife.
i love to preset the day - if nothing else goes right, at least i've got a good ride in!
