To print the cue sheets: For maps and cue sheets markes as (PDF file) you will need Adobe Reader to open and print them. Adobe Reader is available as a FREE download here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html For cue sheets identified as (xml file): You will need to have a spreadsheet program like Excel or (free) OpenOffice Calc. Clicking on the link will bring up a dialog box asking if you want to download the file or open it with your spreadsheet application. Select the "open it" option. Once the cue sheet is displayed in your spreadsheet, print as you normally would. For text (.txt) files, 1. First save the file to your computer. 2. Using Word, edit the file and change the font to Ariel size 12 and reduce the left margin to 0.75 inches for readability. For sheets marked simply as 'link' clicking will bring up the cue sheet in your web browser. Then: 1. Click and drag the mouse cursor to highlight the entire cue sheet. 2. Either: Click on the Print Icon on your browser's toolbar or Select Print from the File Menu 3. In the printer pop-up, find the "Print Range" box and click the "Selection" radio button. 4. Make any other selections to print in Portrait view. 5. Click on 'OK' to print. That's it!
